The business card design for colleges, departments, and units prominently features the Iowa State wordmark. A slightly different business card design is available for university affiliates. Use of the official name wordmark with “of Science and Technology” is optional. To determine whether or not to use the official name, see the wordmark section of this website. To present a unified appearance, choices regarding use of the official name wordmark, color and paper stock should be applied consistently throughout all stationery used within a unit. Iowa State business cards must be ordered from Printing Services.

Business cards for Iowa State colleges, departments, and units are available in three color options:

Option one (seen above)— red wordmark and red personal name, khaki college, department, or office name with khaki modifier and khaki address.

Option two — warm gray wordmark and warm gray personal name, khaki college, department, or office name with khaki modifier and khaki address.

Option three — warm gray wordmark and warm gray personal name with warm gray modifier and address.

Business cards for affiliates are designed to recognize that these units are individual organizations, yet are also strongly identified with Iowa State. This group principally includes institutes, centers, and affiliates. For design consistency, it is recommended that the abbreviated name wordmark be used. Please note, the layout of this business card is being updated to reflect the new campus addressing and will be shown later in January.

Business cards for Iowa State affiliates are available in two color options:

Option one — the affiliate name and personal name are printed in red with the wordmark and address block printed in khaki.

Option two — the affiliate name and personal name are printed in warm gray with the wordmark and address block printed in khaki.
